La Regione Calabria “cerca” giornalisti. Nuovi avvisi, vecchi cliché. Scopelliti avrebbe fatto meglio a sceglierli anche questa volta CATANZARO - Published in the Official Bulletin of the Calabria Region's public notices for the selection of five professional journalists to act as "ordinary editor, a director of the newspaper" Calabria Web "and Head of Media and Communication with external experts 7 in a multimedia editor, writer, 2, 1 chart, 2 accounts and a web designer. The notices contained in Burc No 4 of 28 January 2011 and issued by Decree No. 76, January 12, 2011, are related to the ERDF Por Calabria 2007-2013.
The contract will last 24 months, "sources" - says the warning - "until, at most, the closure of the ERDF and ESF Operational Programmes 2007-2013", that is not renewable because we in 2011. For the director of Web Calabria, the same requirements for the entry Professionals and graduation, but a blatant contradiction. In Article 2, "Conditions and eligibility requirements", in paragraph 2, are in fact required the requirement of "at least 7 years of experience in the information sector, with at least three in the role of editor of a newspaper." So much so that in the "assessment criteria" are recognized scores for those who have acquired skills on television, radio, the "news" (but in this case, blessed ignorance, the reference is surely to print) and "web" . In Article 4, however, on the "participation" in paragraph "J" is known as "having at least 7 years of post graduate professional experience in information and communication and which, at least 3 years in the role of a newspaper daily in the press." A beautiful contradiction, given that "conditions and eligibility requirements" are certainly higher priorities than the schedule of completion of the application and that "Calabria Web" is an online magazine.
The contract specifies the alert is coordinated and continuous collaboration or professional advice (ignoring the direction of a head set up an employment relationship of an entirely different nature) and provides a return gross 76 thousand euro for 180 working days per year.

Dunque, una “commissione di valutazione”, composta da burocrati della Regione, che magari potrà avere tutte le conoscenze dei massimi sistemi, ma non è assolutamente titolata e idonea a valutare i giornalisti. Sarebbe come affidare ad una commissione di giornalisti il compito di valutare un avvocato, un medico o un ingegnere.
Della questione ce ne eravamo già occupati il 30 agosto dello scorso anno, in occasione degli “avvisi di mobilità interna”, evidenziando che il contratto di lavoro non fa distinzione tra professionisti e pubblicisti e che l’iscrizione all’Albo dei giornalisti non tiene conto della laurea e che, anzi, l’art. 33 comma I del CCNL Enti Locali sancisce, addirittura, che “le iscrizioni ad Ordini professionali danno diritto all’inquadramento in fascia D”. Nello specifico, poi, è chiaramente scritto che “il CCNL prevede delle deroghe, quando offre la possibilità di partecipazione alle progressioni verticali del personale interno «anche prescindendo dai titoli di studio ordinariamente previsti per l’accesso dall’esterno…».
Al cospetto di questi avvisi, la domanda sorge spontanea: per fare i giornalisti alla Regione Calabria è need to be professional journalists and graduates?
